Birthdays & Parties

Planning a party? Kids' Town has a party room that can be reserved just for you. Our party room will make the perfect place for your upcoming event. You can also rent out the entire center for private events beginning one hour before or after our normal business hours. Reserve your time below.

Event/Party Room

  • $100 for 2 hours Monday thru Thursday

  • $125 for 2 hours Friday and Saturday

  • Price includes admission to Kids' Town for 15 total people (including adults, grandparents, children, the birthday boy/girl, etc), additional guests are $3 per person. Individuals with valid annual passes count as .5 persons towards the limit. We ask that as a party you limit your time to Kids' Town to two hours to help manage the influx of people.

  • Price includes tablecloths (please specify color)

  • We do not provide plates, cups, utensils, or napkins

  • Maximum of 30 total guests due to room size (parties larger than 30 guests need to book a center rent-out).

  • The entire discovery center can be rented out for 2 hours beginning 1 hour before opening or 1 hour before closing. The other hour we are still open to the public but the party room is still yours. Cost is $250. All rules & restrictions apply (including child to adult ratio).

Extras

Must be specified at time of booking, subject to availability

  • $20 decoration packages available (choose your theme while booking)

  • $50 per hour for each additional hour (NOTE: If you book an extra hour you will be charged for the extra hour whether you use it or not as it blocks parties from booking after you)

  • $3 per person admission after the 15 free admissions that are included in the party price

  • NOTE: Due to COVID-19 conditions we are temporarily unable to provide character hosts for parties

Rules & Restrictions

  • Subject to all Kids' Town rules and policies

  • The party room is only available to you for the specified time including any time for setting up, decorating, and cleaning (excludes decoration packages provided by Kids' Town)

  • Individuals with valid annual passes count as .5 persons towards the limit. We ask that as a party you limit your time to Kids' Town to two hours to help manage the influx of people.

  • Please do not use confetti, glitter or other small items that are difficult to clean

  • Piñatas can be used but only on a broomstick or similar item held by hand, they cannot be hung from the ceiling, light fixtures, or anything at Kids' Town

  • Maximum 5:1 child to adult ratio

  • All food and drink must stay in the party room

  • No food preparation, warming or cooking allowed

  • Outside food is allowed

  • $50 cleaning fee may be charged for excessive cleanup

  • $50 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking, will be applied towards the party cost​​

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 1 week in advance, party deposit will be forfeited if a party is rescheduled more than once or if within 1 week of the scheduled party start time

  • No same day cancellations or rescheduling

  • Note that Kids' Town does not keep payment information from online booking on file. You MUST pay the balance in person at Kids' Town after your party/event is complete.

  • Parties are not allowed to congregate outside of the party room or without a party reservation in order to sing, eat cake or cupcakes, blow out candles, etc. (i.e. if you plan to celebrate a birthday at Kids' Town you must book our party room unless you only plan to play). Tables near the front of Kids' Town are not to be used for birthday parties.
